You have travellers about to land. We reserve the exact SIM for each of them and handle the handover at the airport — we never sell SIM cards, and never touch your customers.
Tan Son Nhat (SGN) · Noi Bai (HAN) — more airports on request
Every serial is scanned in and confirmed on arrival. Any discrepancy shows immediately.
Your API pushes the order. One specific SIM is locked to that customer.
The screen names the exact SIM to hand over. The wrong one cannot be picked.
With the real serial that was handed over. Reconciliation is open, no need to ask anyone.
These four are structural facts about the system — things you can verify, not promises.
They paid you before boarding. All that is left is handing over the SIM already reserved for them.
Not a promise — promises cannot be verified. Structure:
Payment is already taken. The traveller arrives carrying a collection code, not a buying decision.
Each order locks one specific SIM. “Any one of them” is not an option — the screen names the serial reserved for that customer.
A wrong handover breaks the count. Every SIM carries its own state. Hand over a different one and the stock no longer reconciles — you see it the same day.
The record cannot be edited. Every scan is logged. You can reconcile down to the individual serial.
Open any order and press “What the handover point sees” — a two-column table appears: your data, and exactly what reaches the screen at the airport.
| Field | You see | They see |
|---|---|---|
| Your company | ABC Travel Co. | PT 7K2M |
| Customer | KIM M-J | KIM M· |
| Your selling price | — shown — | hidden |
| SIM serial | full | full |
Don't take our word for it. Open it and look.

No. We have no retail storefront, no consumer app, and no SIM price listed anywhere. Our revenue is a fee per successful handover — we earn more when you sell more.
Tan Son Nhat (SGN) in Ho Chi Minh City and Noi Bai (HAN) in Hanoi. Other airports open on demand — if you have steady volume at an airport not listed, write to us.
You do. You buy from your own carrier or distributor at your own price and ship to the airport. We do not purchase stock, hold inventory, or influence your pricing.
eSIM needs no delivery, but it only works on recent, carrier-unlocked handsets. A large share of travellers still need a physical SIM. We cover that group. If you serve both, eSIM goes out by email and physical SIM comes through here; the two do not conflict.
The screen names the exact serial reserved for that order. If a different serial is scanned, the mismatch is flagged on the spot. If it is handed over anyway, the day's stock no longer reconciles and you see it — nobody can edit the record.
The SIM stays reserved for that order. When the hold expires it returns to usable stock, with a log entry. You set the hold period.
Edit it directly in the admin screen. Over the API, cancel the order and create a new one — the API deliberately has no update call, because mutating an order that already holds a SIM is where two orders end up claiming the same SIM. Cancelling releases the SIM immediately.
A fee per successful handover. No setup fee, no monthly fee. No-shows are not charged. Write to admin@simpickup.com for volume pricing.
You ship your SIM stock to the airport in advance, then push each order to us by API the moment your customer pays. The system locks one specific serial to that order and issues a collection code. The traveller lands, shows the code, and receives the exact SIM reserved for them. You get a webhook with the real serial that was handed over. No manual step anywhere in the chain.
Sandbox keys are issued instantly on the docs page, with no approval queue. Integration usually takes one working day. Going live additionally requires your SIM stock to have reached the airport and been confirmed.
Ship your SIMs to the airport in advance, then push the group manifest to us — one order for the whole group, up to 50 SIMs. The system reserves that many and issues a collection code. On arrival the guide or each guest shows the code and collects. You receive a confirmation listing the real serials handed over.
It fits. Most tour operators use this as an inclusion rather than a revenue line. Whether you price it into the tour or give it away is entirely your call — we do not set the selling price.
The SIMs stay reserved for that order until the hold you set expires. For a smaller group, cancel and create a new order with the right count — the surplus returns to stock immediately, nothing is lost.
Your company pushes one order for the whole group before the flight — up to 50 SIMs per order. The system reserves that many and issues a single collection code. You show that code at the airport, collect the batch, scan to confirm. You get the serial list to check on the spot.
Yes, but you still need a partner account to push orders and a source of SIM stock to send to the airport. Write to us and we'll explain how it works in your case.
The SIMs stay reserved until the hold your company set expires. Any surplus returns to stock at that point, with a log entry — nobody loses anything.
Tell us which group you're in, which airports you work with, and roughly how many travellers a month.
We'll get back to you within one working day.
